Support for
Children and Parents
Kids Helpline
This is such a great resource for parents and kids.
The website has a section that is very interactive, if you access the home page and select the age of your child (or they can do it themselves if old enough) they can select how they are feeling and engage in some reading / interactive support pages.
This can be a great tool for in between sessions or while waiting to reach out, as well as for developing your child's emotional literacy.
